If youve received a damaged item, please contact us by email within 3 days of your receipt of the product. It is important that you save all packing materials as well as the item itself. When you reach us, well give you instructions on how to proceed so that we may replace the item as quickly as possible. Its very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have spoken or emailed one of our representatives. If the item you received was not the item you ordered please contact us by email within 3 days of your receipt of the product. Once more, please DO NOT send the item back to us until you have spoken with one of our representatives and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
Yalgo.com will replace any Shisha the customer feels is not of a reasonable quality, with a replacement Shisha of the same type. There is strictly a no monetary or replacement of another choice of Shisha policy.
Only under those circumstances may we consider returns. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, except in the case of errors on our site or in our shipping. In all cases the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the faulty Shisha to us.
